    Hello everyone!

Still following Clarity on Fire obviously, as well as reading/listening to weekly blogs and podcasts. From COF blogs/podcasts including other advice outlets, I think I have found what I want to do. Once it hit me, I remember Rachel saying in a previous interview/podcast that she had a client who designed PowerPoint’s for clients and companies. Anyway, that is what I want to do. It kind of connects with what I stated a while back which is connections/storytelling which is cool. I have researched and looked for companies and I found one lady. I am hoping I can work for her, and if not at least get advice or gain experience from her/somewhere else. If you all may know of people in this design field offering jobs, or where I can possibly receive advice that would be great. If not, no worries.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

    Hey Caela,

I can definitely relate to you. I am a firestarter, and an introvert as well. I seem to feel everything from peoples emotions, and more. Anyway, you are still so young and so am I even though I am older than you, but you are lucky that you found Clarity on Fire at a time where you are still in college when everyone is figuring out how to adult, find their way, etc. It has been almost a year or so, I guess this fall it will be since I began the short course on here. I learned cool things, but I am in your position where I feel stuck and I am trying to find what it is to do. I am a firestarter, and I do need a job which I have been looking and looking for. Yet, I have not had a breakthrough yet. All I am saying is I can relate to you and you should not worry so much even though it is hard to not stop worrying while in college, or whatever situation you may be in. You are on the right track, and I hope college is going well and you find your way!

    Hello,

Its been a minute since I have been on here. I know the coaches are probably busy with many things, but I was wondering if I could talk to someone (one of the coaches) about my situation via email still regarding jobs, passions, and so on? I am not sure if it is possible, but if it is please let me know. If not, I totally understand.

    Thanks,
    Audrey

    Hello everyone!

Started reading Daring Greatly by Brene Brown. I will let you know if I like it and if it helps me, too. I have another book of hers that I will be reading after this book. Hope everyone’s day and week is going well.

    Thanks!

    Hello everyone!

It has been a while since I have written on the forum. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well. I am going to write a brief entry, which probably will not be brief. If anyone has advice, let me know!

Okay, for a while I have been wanting to move out of state. A few places I think would be cool to move to are Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Portland, and that’s about it I believe. I was born and raised in Colorado and I still live here. However, for a long time I have been wanting to try living in a new place. Yet, I do not know anyone in other states or the cities I mentioned. I also know that everywhere, especially the places I listed are expensive when it comes to rent, etc. I am not sure if anyone is in the same boat as me or has been in my position before, but if you have advice I would appreciate it. I have money saved, but I do not want to move somewhere and my money is gone instantly (I know that is my inner gremlin).

Also, I am still looking for jobs based on passion profile strategies, but I still feel stuck. My resolution for 2018 is to be positive and to not dwell or think about the negative, but its hard sometimes. Again, I am 24, unemployed and looking, living at home with parents, money saved from previous jobs, and yeah…

Lately, and actually for a while now I have been dealing with medical issues when it comes to my skin. I have been somewhat dealing with similar skin issues like Kristen had dealt with in the past. So dealing with that, and also not having the best of luck most of my life when it comes to opportunities, jobs, and people does not help. This whole post is sounding like a bummer and I am not trying to be negative even though it is coming across that way. Believe me, I know I am blessed and I am thankful for my parents allowing me to live with them, for having a home, money saved, and so many more things. However, trying to figure out what I could do so I could possibly move somewhere where I can get to know people, have a new change of scenery, etc. would be nice but it is difficult at the same time.

Well, I hope everyone has a good night and thanks for reading/for the advice I receive if I do receive any.

    🙂

    Audrey
