It’s definitely worth seeing if they can be flexible with scheduling and remote working (and also getting clear on their definition of “flexible,” to make sure it matches with yours), especially if it feels like a potential 9 AND it would be a pay raise. I love that you’re going into this interview hoping they’ll sell you on the position, just as much as you’re advocating for yourself and what you bring to the table — that’s how interviews are supposed to be: a 2-way street! A lot of people forget that and only focus on selling themselves, so you’ve got the right approach.
