Yeah, putting it down and sticking to it is a great idea! It’s so easy for all those other things to creep up on you and then you realize it’s the end of the day, weekend, whatever, and you haven’t done the thing you wanted to do. I really hope that making time for yourself leads you to just continue making more time for yourself. 🙂
