Hey Erin! I’ve not been applying for a ton of jobs either. I continued with individual coaching with Rachel and it’s helped me keep up my momentum. I had a few weeks of not job hunting and I felt discouraged because I wasn’t finding a 9 or 10 job right away. Now I’ve found a couple of jobs that I actually have the motivation to redo my resume for them, haha. I’m glad you didn’t take the job that would have resulted in a massive pay cut because you would have been stuck in a similar situation. About your painting, can you schedule time to paint on your calendar and devote yourself just to the painting for that time? I find that scheduling things like that helps me.
