Hi all!
Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? I noticed that my momentum has slowed down and figured I would reach out to the group as a spring board. I have been working on myself and my GAILs. I notice that when I skip a day or two, those old gremlins are waiting to step in and draw me back in.
