This is so exciting, Mary!! Sounds like this could definitely be a 9/10 job for you! It checks so many boxes for what you’re looking for. And the fact that you felt MORE excited after talking to the recruiter is a great sign.
It makes perfect sense that your GAILs are coming up about this and making you scared-cited (lol! love that). When you really want something, it automatically becomes scarier — what if you don’t get it? What if you get it, but then can’t do it? What if you get it, but then something happens to the company? Your gremlin will bring up every possible worst-case scenario to try to get you to stay safe where you are and not take any leaps into the unknown. This sounds like a perfect time to do a gremlin dialogue! It’s natural that your gremlin might need a bit of soothing right now.
