Thankfully, that in-person interview really let me take off the rose-colored glasses. It went from 9 down to 1 after that interview. 🙂 Terrible location, no organization, and I’d be jumping into an overwhelmingly understaffed company with a lot of products. And not as flexible as I was first lead to believe.
