No job updates really, but I’m planning for the next team meeting I have to lead on the 14th this month. My plan is to have all my teammates take the Passion Profile Quiz and discuss our results. I’m wondering if you have any quick tips on how to best frame the discussion. Are there any discussion points that would be best to bring up? The discussion time slot is only 20 minutes and there are 11 people on the team. :/ They’ll take the quiz before the meeting with instructions copied from the web-page about “It’s only 11 questions, don’t think too hard, use your gut instinct, go!”
